The Burton Waters Residents Company (BWRC) represents the interests of all members
of the community and liaises with the Management Company which currently administers
the site. It is the aim of the BWRC to take over from the Management Company when
the site is completed. At present there are 240 houses completed with a further
60 to be built over the next 2 years. Planning consent has been given for up to
350 houses and flats with a commercial area for shops and offices.
