The Parish Council meets in the Burton Estate Club in March, May, July, October and December. The Annual Parish Meeting is also held in May. The date, time, venue and the agenda for each meeting is displayed on the Parish Notice Boards and on the website, a minimum of 3 working days before the date of the meeting. Items for discussion at the meeting should be forwarded to the Parish Clerk two weeks before the date of the meeting. The minutes of parish meetings from 2005 to date are available below. Notes on the latest parish meeting are included but these minutes are not a legal record until they have been agreed and signed at the following meeting.
